Saké Menu

Hakutsuru Saké

Hakutsuru Excellent Junmai Saké has been brewed with a 250-year-old traditional technique. It is characterized by its well-matured, full-bodied taste and mellow reverberation.

Brewed in Kobe, Japan. Available at Washington Liquor Stores.

Gekkeikan Saké

Gekkeikan Saké is the number-one selling saké in the world. It is brewed according to the original process originating Japan in 1637 and aged for approximately 6 months to achieve its mellow yet crisp flavor with a touch of sweet. This versatile sake can be served warmed, room temperature or chilled.

Momokawa Pearl Saké

This old style, cask strength, roughly filtered saké is an amazing experience. Pearl offers notes of vanilla and pineapple with banana, coconut, and anise rounding out a creamy body. Coarse mesh filtration to remove heavier particles and to allow finer elements of moromi to remain for added flavor and character. Excellent choice for connoisseurs and new sake drinkers.
